Nomad Caravans is a design & build service that remodels airstreams into residential dwellings, custom travel trailers, or commercial spaces.
We take your vintage run-of-the-mill airstream and transform it into an elevated space that caters to you. We believe in quality over quantity, so our work and our process are completely customized to each of our client’s needs. We work to produce a product that invites you to feel a sense of home so that you can settle into the road ahead.
You will be provided with an in-house designer that assists in concept, layout, and selections as well as a designated build team that focuses on quality and craftsmanship. From the initial conversation to the final handoff, we're here for you every step of the way.

HEATHER TAVERAS
Owner & Principal Designer
Originally from the beaches of the California coast, Heather has spent time traveling throughout the world and brings many different facets of design to the team. Her aesthetic is clean, natural, balanced, and cultivates a quality of playfulness and harmony in the spaces she creates.
Having worked for over a decade in the interior design industry, Heather has worked closely with clients and prides herself in her ability to pull their vision into a cohesive design. She loves designing unique spaces that give people a feeling of home and comfort.
TANNER INBODEN
Owner & Project Manager
You might not think there’s a similarity between working in the construction industry and serving as a Navy SEAL. But according to Tanner, who has done both, there is. “My dad had a residential and commercial construction company, and I worked with him for years,” Tanner says. With broad knowledge in the building process, including electrical and plumbing, Tanner knows the importance of commitment, determination, and delivering a top-notch product.
That commitment and determination led Tanner to become a Navy SEAL and serve as a combat medic in his SEAL platoon. “Every detail is critical to SEAL operations, just as every detail is critical in construction,” he says. After separating from the military, Tanner spent time living in a tiny home and that experience led him to co-found Nomad Caravans. “Our company stands for excellence in the airstream remodel industry,” Tanner says.

Sales Manager
Alison joins our team with over a decade of sales experience. She has worked for well-known home furnishing companies including Duravit, TOTO, Brizo, Native Trails, and more! She first got her start by being on the showroom floor, helping homeowners make their kitchen and bathroom dreams come true with selections of luxe hardware and fixtures.
After moving to the manufacturer side of the business, she rounded out her industry expertise by working closely with custom home builders, designers, and architects. Alison has a true passion for helping people, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. It makes the design and buying process for all her clients absolutely seamless. With a design background and a proven track record of building relationships, she is a great fit for our team here at Nomad Caravans!
