DO WE WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF COLORADO?

Yes! We work just as closely with remote clients as we do locals. We go through the same process and utilize Zoom calls to discuss plans, and virtually show updates. We can ship, deliver, or arrange to pick up your caravan! At this time, we are only working with clients based in the United States.

WHEN DO YOU HAVE THE NEXT PROJECT SPACE AVAILABLE?

We only take on a selected amount of projects a year. Because of this, our schedule fills up quickly. The best thing to do is to contact us for available slots.

HOW DO I GET THE PROCESS STARTED?

Our first step together is the Discovery Call. This is a 30 min conversation to learn more about your project and needs as well as inform you about our process & practices. We want to ensure your needs are met and your expectations are exceeded. Once we have established that we are both a good fit, you will receive a personalized proposal.

Ready to get the process started? Schedule your discovery call here.

DO YOU COLLECT A RETAINER?

Yes, we do collect a project retainer. Your retainer is a non refundable one time deposit payment and is required to hold your agreed-upon project start date.

+ HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE BEFORE COMPLETION?

Project duration all depends on the specifics of your trailer remodel. Once we have all the necessary information, we will schedule a project timeline. Milestone markers will be set for your project, which we use to keep you updated on progress made.

+ DO I  HAVE TO OWN AN AIRSTREAM OR BASE VEHICLE?

If you have a trailer, great! If not, we offer an additional service to help source and procure you a trailer. You tell us what you are looking for and we do all the leg work.

+ WHEN DOES MY TRAILER NEED TO BE AT YOUR SHOP?

In order to get all the necessary measurements and assess your project, we need to have access to the trailer during the design stage. Ideally your trailer is at our shop 2 weeks prior to the start of your project.
