THE LEROY PROJECT
1971 Airstream Ambassador, 27'
The direction of this project was to create a space that calls to adventure with natural finishes, earthy tones, and fun patterns. We added touches of mid-century modern elements to create a classic feel. The intention was to provide a space that could be towed from coast to coast until eventually, parked on a beautiful piece of land.
Built with off-grid capabilities including, solar, compost toilet, cell booster, and a wood stove to ward off the winter chill. Long banks of low storage give the space an open feel while providing privacy with two custom-designed interior doors. A pocket door in the bedroom and a modern sliding barn door for the bathroom. Leroy the Airstream is fully loaded for adventure!
